Managing Director

With over 38 years of experience supporting Adults with Learning disabilities, Mental Health, autism, epilepsy and severe challenging behaviour, eating disorders and drug abuse in varous different settings of residential care homes, supported living homes, Indepented Living flats and day care service. Rupee has held Senior managerial positions working within London Borough of Ealing, London Borough of Harrow and East Berkshire Local Authority. Rupee is a National Vocational Qualification internal and external Verifier. A qualified Advocate with people with learning disabilities and a member of the Metropolitan Police. 

Our Senior Support Staff

Are experienced staff who have many years of experience supporting Adults with Learnig difficulties in a day support Service.

Our Support Staff

Our staff are supported with training and development to develop into their roles. All staff are CRB checked and have statutory training. All staff have a min of 6 months experience working with a Day Support Service.
